A Proposal on Top of the World:

As a photographer, I've had the privilege of capturing countless milestones, but there's something uniquely magical about a proposal on top of a mountain. The combination of breathtaking scenery and raw emotion creates a moment that’s hard to put into words, but I’ll try my best.

Recently, I had the honor of shooting a proposal at the summit of one of the most stunning peaks I've ever been to. The climb was challenging, but the reward was more than worth it. The air was crisp, the view was awe-inspiring, and in the midst of it all, two people stood on the edge of forever.

When the moment arrived, the proposal was simple yet profound. As the sun began to dip behind the mountains, casting golden light over the landscape, he dropped to one knee. Her reaction was everything you hope to see—tears, laughter, disbelief, and pure joy. And in that split second, I was lucky enough to capture the emotion that would become their new beginning.

For me, being a photographer isn’t just about snapping pictures. It’s about preserving the essence of a moment—the feeling of being fully present with two people on one of the most important days of their lives. When you're standing at the top of the world, it feels like everything slows down, and you're simply witnessing love in its most unfiltered, authentic form.

The mountain may have been high, but their love was even higher. And I was grateful to be there to document it.
